Graduate Diploma in Counselling

This course is suitable for personnel working in a range of health, educational and human service areas. It develops knowledge and skills in interpersonal communication, group leadership and an understanding of health and human development issues. It also enhances the existing experiential knowledge base of students and is an introduction to further training in professional counselling. It enables students to specialise in the Addictions Stream, Counselling Stream or Rehabilitation Counselling Stream. Graduates of this program are eligible to apply for the Master of Counselling - Health Sciences.
